Lavsan cords

Polyester halyard (lavsan) ?5-12mm - strong cord that stretches little.

Filler - polyester thread.

Braiding - polyester thread.

Lavsan cord is made on cord braiding machines from high-strength polyester threads. Thanks to materials and technologies, polyester halyard has a very long service life and is practically not affected by the environment: water, sun; does not rot and does not absorb water. Polyester halyard (cable) is soft, holds well in stoppers and is suitable for use on winches. A classic halyard for dinghies and cruising yachts.

Lavsan cord is recommended as a halyard for yachts and dinghies, for hauling sails in windsurfing, in tourism. It can also be used as a cord for long-term use outdoors (stretching and lacing awnings, banners).
