Paracord

Paracord (paracord, 550 cord) is a strong and lightweight nylon rope with a core. The main task of paracord is strength, lightness, versatility of use and reliability. Light, bright, strong, smooth and durable.

Our paracord is based on 7 nylon threads, which are braided with many polyamide threads and form a strong braid. The special weave of the rope makes the cord smooth and elastic, and the wide color range gives the cord a unique uniqueness.  In addition to visual and operational qualities, our paracord is distinguished by a high breaking load, which is 380kg with a diameter of 5mm and 220kg with a diameter of 3mm. It does not rot or fade.

The first advantages of paracord were appreciated by American paratroopers. A little later, it began to be used as a universal cable in military conditions.

Today, paracord is popular among the military, tourists, fishermen, outdoor enthusiasts, and people who value reliability. Paracord is used to fasten equipment, tie camouflage and fishing nets, and fix tents and structures. The core (often called "guts") can be pulled out when a thinner thread is needed. The braid can also be used separately without the core.

Paracord can be used to weave bracelets, both decorative and survival bracelets, watch straps, key chains, and to braid various objects (lighters, lanterns, knife handles, tools). The survival bracelet is woven in a special way and allows you to get 6-10 meters of strong cord in an extreme situation in a matter of seconds. Due to its special strength and resistance to abrasion, this cord is widely used for weaving leashes and collars for animals.
